My Services
Melanie Clark's services range from assisting new
home buyers to listing homes to sell. Listening to your needs, responding
quickly and giving you proper adivce is all part of the package.
Below is a list of advatanages you will find in working with Melanie
Clark:
1.) Largest agency in Utah county...with 70 agents
in the office & them looking at in house listings first they have
a better chance of selling faster. or for buyer first hand knowlege
of more repos coming up or investment properties as well as land &
new homes. I have a client looking for a good deal on a lot &
I told her to be patient while we looked. She started looking Friday
& I told her Monday of a lot on the exact street she wanted that
is being listed today with the possibility of her getting plans &
a permit included.
2.) I call everyone back but most of the time am
able to answer right away.
My phone is on evenings & weekends.
3.) I am willing to work the hours that best suit
my clients.
For example:
I have a client coming in over the weekend that I will be spending
1/2 of the 4th of July with showing them the home they are buying
as well as the local schools & hospitals etc. When I have mentioned
this to other agents in my office they have said they wouldn't do
it on a holiday or Sunday.
I have clients coming in from Washington DC in a couple weeks that
I will also have to work Sunday to make sure they find a house while
they are intown instead of having to come back again.
4.) I purchase a home buyers warrant for all my buyers
which gives them a better piece of mind. Especially if they are buying
one that is bank owned.
5.) I go the extra mile for my clients. One client
recently was out of town & it was a HUD home & the title co
needed $375 in a cashiers check that day so I took it out of my account
& gave it to them so my client wouldn't lose the property.
6.) Listings get:

B • color flyers done by a grafic designer
C • color add in Home Choice
D • newspaper add
E • picture tour of their home that is
panoramic on MLS & office web sight utah realestate.com & the one that you are
using.
We do an office tour for the agents in my office & the board
tour to help get them more exposure to agents that may be working
with a client looking for something like their property.
7.) Buyers: I am not judgemental. I was
working with a guy that looked rough & other agents in my office
sarcastically said "Melanie will work with anybody".
